It’s a book filled with mystery, excitement, anticipation, adventure, comedy, love and hate. It’s a theology book, a scientific book, a history book, an archaeology book, a health book and a counselling book. It’s a book filled secret codes, prophecy, comfort and has answers for every problem.
It awakens the senses causing a myriad of emotions like awe, adoration, reverence, love, faith, devotion and unspeakable joy; while at the same time filling you with anger, sadness, concern, despair, shame, grief and remorse.
It’s like a roller coaster ride lifting your consciousness to an exalted throne room, giving you a brief glimpse of glory, and then plunging you to the depth of despair and then leaving you to sort it all out.
